A session on "Discussion of Case Laws" was organized by IMERT's Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) on 15th February 2020. Advocate Kamal Sawant who represents IMERT's ICC as a Law Expert created awareness among MBA I year students about violent crimes like rape, sexual assualt and sexual harassment. She also shared her insight on the case of Bhanwari Devi - 1992 which resulted into the formation of The Vishakha Guidelines.
