Curriculum vitae / Resume writing workshop was arranged for MBA 2nd year students of MM’s IMERT and MMCOE on 18th September 2014. The resource person for this workshop was Ms. Manjiri Latey – Practicing NLP professional.
The objective of the workshop was to make students understand the How and Why to draft a presentable and appealing CV. Ms. Manjiri started the session by explaining the basic concepts related to CV such as difference between Resume , CV and Bio-data, contents and format of CV, Dos and Don’ts of CV writing. She emphasized on the formatting and details to be included in the CV depending upon the candidate – whether a fresher or an experienced one.
At the end of the workshop she critically examined the CV of a few students and suggested necessary changes therein. This really helped students to get detailed knowledge about CV writing.
Group Discussion
Training and practice of Gd’s occupies notable portion of our annual academic calender. The initial training on GD is conducted by Mr. Shantanu Sen Sharma, as per MOU entered with OZONE consultants. Subsequently, 18 rounds of GD are conducted by in house faculty members.
Personal Interview
Mr. Shantanu Sen Sharma and his associates trained the students on nuances of the PI. This training and subsequent practice rounds in simulated environment exposed the students to technical, stress and HR rounds of PI.
